Compared to when you first joined Coda as a Digital Marketing intern, how has your career progressed in terms of responsibilities and scale?

My responsibilities and scale have definitely increased for the better. As a full-time Performance Marketing Associate, my tasks are now more challenging. For example, instead of specifically being assigned to operational work, I am now responsible for all performance marketing activities for a number of assigned markets, which include planning, executing, reporting, and testing paid media initiatives. Hence, there are plenty of things to learn and also valuable opportunities to identify room for growth. 

 What motivated you to be a full-time Codan?

The culture I observed when visiting the Jakarta office and interacting with Codans from around the world were the main motivating factors. For someone who grew up in a relatively international context, working with people from diverse backgrounds was something I longed for, dating back to when I was still a student. Thankfully, Coda was able to offer such an environment.

Describe the People & Culture at Coda. How has this provided a supportive environment for you to grow?

The combination of diversity of Codans and how well-emphasized Coda culture is in daily operations is something I really appreciate. I’ve also realized that both elements indirectly create a supportive environment by default, hence helping newcomers to grow as individuals and professionals

 Share with us an instance where Coda has provided training opportunities, in terms of tools and/or resources, to upgrade your relevant skillsets.

As a Performance Marketing Associate proficiency in advertising platforms (Meta and Google) that we utilize in our daily operations is crucial. Naturally, getting certified in them is beneficial in the long run. When I joined as a full-time Codan, the pursuit of such certifications was part of my main priorities. Gratefully, Coda supported me by referring relevant resources, and most importantly by providing the necessary time to complete the certifications.
